Former board member of the Children’s Literature Association, former committee member of the Notable Children’s Books in the Language Arts Award, and 2008 winner 91ÇÑ×Ó’s Teaching Excellence and Campus Leadership Award.

I am a Taylor graduate so I wanted to give back to Taylor for all it had given me. Without a doubt I enjoy working with the students! I also serve as the head men's and women's cross country coach, and the assistant men's and women's track coach.

I enjoy running, creating stained glass projects, and reading children’s and adolescent literature.
